Essential Documents for Land Purchase
Before construction begins, it’s critical to ensure that the land is legally clear and properly documented. We assist with
- Land Title Deed – Proof of property ownership.
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC) – Verifies that the property is free from loans, mortgages, or disputes.
- Property Tax Receipts – Confirms that all taxes are paid and up to date.
- Land Use Certificate (LUC) – Ensures the land is approved for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes.
- Revenue Sketch & Khata – Provides details of land boundaries, dimensions, and ownership history.

- No Objection Certificates (NOCs) – Obtained from multiple departments
- Commencement Certificate (CC) – Official permit allowing the start of construction work.
Post-Construction Documentation
